The IADD Mud Motor Forum will take place at the Oxy Woodlands Allison Tower. The Mud Motor Forum is part of the "Drilling Towards Performance. Steering Towards the Future" Series of events that are being scheduled in 2023.

We will have a happy hour and exhibit the evening of the 26th, following the drilling motors session at Oxy. This will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Landry's Seafood House in The Woodlands.

Baker Hughes Rig Count:

For last week:

U.S. Rig Count is down 7 from last week to 772 with oil rigs down 3 to 618, gas rigs down 4 to 152, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 2.
U.S. Rig Count is up 184 rigs from last year’s count of 588 with oil rigs up 137, gas rigs up 45, and miscellaneous up 2.
U.S. Offshore Rig Count is up 1 to 16, flat year-over-year.

For last month:

International Rig Count is down 10 rigs from last month to 900 with land rigs down 4 to 684, and offshore rigs down 6 to 216.
The average U.S. Rig Count for December was 779 flat from last month’s count and up 200 year-over-year.
The Worldwide Rig Count for December was 1,834, down 56 from the 1,890 counted in November 2022, and up 271 from the 1,563 counted in December 2021.
