The IADD in conjunction with Gibson Reports has developed an Interactive Rotary Steerable Selection Guide.

This tool was demonstrated at the 2019 IADD Rotary Steerable Forum and Exhibition. The crowd was asked to define a particular type of rotary steerable they required. Within seconds of someone shouting out “Slimhole” and “High Temperature”, every qualifying system currently available was presented in an output table with their complete operational specifications and capabilities listed.

The tool includes 68 unique systems from 15 different companies.
