Tomorrow, Friday 31st at 10am, I'll be on David Gibson's new VDoorLockSmith podcast. This is a live podcast with Q&A with the audience via messaging and I expect it be about an hour long. It's also recorded for viewing later. 

 

This is the only podcast I'm aware of that focuses on Drilling and David is building the content with his own research, as well as weekly interviews like mine. I like what he's trying to do and I plan to encourage others to follow him and get involved in the content. Some of you are former students who I know are committed to moving the industry forward, and many of you would also be great contributors to the site yourself. Please share the link if you think this is headed in the right direction.

 

While many rig crews, service hands and engineers will not participate in sites sponsored by the professional societies, they might be more attracted to this so that we have another positive influence in moving the industry forward.
